Arjun says tha Bhoomika will perform the pooja if Vishaka does'nt. Mansen confronts Manasvi and asks her to take her first decision after wearing the kangan as to whom she would support.
Manasvi thinks for a while and says that she would always Goenka Family First. Everyone is stunned. Mansen says he agrees with her and will always respect baisa's kangan.
Everyone in Arjun's family along with Mansen family go for the bhoomi poojan of Soft tech Co.(Suraj's Co, financed by Goenka's)
Siddharth says it is not possible for him to decide between Arjun and Goenka Family and so he leaves with his wife from the site.
A white line has been drawn to demarcate the land of the 2 factories and Keshav is seen keeping one foot on either side.
Suraj and Vishaka do the pooja on one side and Bhoomi and Arjun on the other side.
Arjun stares at Suraj and both meet on either side of the boundary line. Suraj confronts Arjun and says that his own family has ditched him and he is all alone now.Mansen also joins. But Bhoomi says Arjun is not alone and that she is always with him.
In the Goenka house, Arjun is all fired up and questions his entire family as to why they ditched him. After much tension, Devji Dada asks him to be in his limits. Arjun replies back and Yuvraj adds to his part and says that he talk respectfully to Bade Dadaji. He goes on to say that the decision was taken by Manasvi Bhabi.
Arjun says that those who work for him are far more better than his family members and again starts to say something. Sensing the tension, Manasvi asks Arjun to leave the place and he storms Out. Mansen is watching all the drama and is happy.
Manasvi and Arjun have a discussion and Arjun vents out his anger on her. He says he does'nt need the help of anyone (Even Manasvi ) and he can handle everything alone.
Manasvi explains that he got the project due to Suraj(That he had informed that the bribe had not been given from Arjun's side) and Chaijee's statement for Arjun. That is why they went to the Goenka's Pooja. Arjun fails to comprehend anything and leaves leaving a tearful Manasvi.
Arjun informs Keshav that he alone is enough and he does'nt need anyone's help for the project. He also says that he got finance from some Parit Finance. They have agreed to finance the project provided he invests and initial capital of Rs. 100 crores.
Yuvraj , Mama, Mansen and Suraj have a discussion about Arjun's getting Finance from Parit Finance. Suraj is worried. But Mansen assures that the Finance co would soon disappear from market as soon as Arjun arranges for the initial capital. Suraj, Yuvraj and Mama are confused. Mansen smiles and says that Parit Finance is a fake company founded by Mansen himself..
