...medical aspect is nil in d show...hope they shud hav done sum medical research...
...its expectng too much for any indian telly soap..i suppose...so my eyes r shut to this...i nly see ashu n nidhi...

Medical accuracy is too much to ask for from Indian television shows I guess. I highly doubt the makers even pay any heed to such things. I agree, they pretty much just want to get the love story moving, and everything else is blissfully ignored in the process.
Lol..I actually didn't mind the story telling scene because
at least it had Nidhi showing some care and concern towards the patient. That was
more palatable than Ashutosh's super doctor powers :P
By the way, can i just say that it's good to see even a
diehard KTLK fan like you taking the post in the lighter vein and having a
laugh. Appreciate it!...

awesome yaar! Especially Dr.A 'specialising' in all fields ! Now u know why Ashnians are readily singing'"hum tujhpe mar
mitengi ..aur tujhko khabar nahin hogi" .. When need arises he will be
our cardiac surgeon too..
But I am happy they showed all the operations superfast-
otherwise u know how they do it in movies or soaps- show the lights for 2
minutes, operation equipments for another 2 minutes, doctors drawing pictures on the poor patient and
nurses running around the OT
. Though it was funny how they finished the
operations in less than a minute in KTLK but I wud still prefer it
than wasting time showing all that in OT. Of course they could have shown the clock with
different time .
U may not find many takers for sarcasm here .. most of the fans would prefer drooling over hawt chemistry of the leads.
But do write for some of us here who love Ashni but has enough humor sense to laugh reading posts like this!

Lol...yes, what the hell, if he can cover so many specialities already then why not cardiology too.
Fair enough, but shamil I'm not talking about showing second
by second details of the operation, neither do I want to see something like the
American tv shows where they go into full depth of showing graphic images of
the operation. I admit, there have been some good scenes in the show too, like
Ashutosh having a little talk with the sardarji and trying to get him to relax,
Nidhi explaining why an emergency operation needs to be carried out due to the
various complications in the pregnancy, also Nidhi talking about child
psychology and trying to be more friendly with the children but its gets insane
when there are scenes with Dr. Ashutosh just standing there and saying "Lets
go!" and then moving a finger and 5 seconds later going "I think we're done"...
:S. As you said, it would be more appropriate to show some kind of clock scene
with it showing a different time at the start and at the end, it would be more
palatable than watching the supersonic operations.
I know a lot of people love the show to bits, that's why I've been very pensive about making posts here, but I'm glad that even some of the fans here take humorous posts in their stride. And it's good to see even people like yourself who like MB/the show/Ashutosh-Nidhi, have the ability to think logically and can view the show without the rose tinted glasses. I truly appreciate the fact that you can laugh and make others laugh too :)
