hii madhavi di..
@bold: R u kidding me di' she's hooked n will scrutinized all the shows
right from 7pm in the evening till 11 pm at night..
n den later on by
reminiscing she'll throw all the tantrums n home politics on me'
she's berserk
n by now have become notoriety in cribbing.. n I hardly get to watch this one
show as my munna is movie freak ..
but yes sharp at 9:30 he'll switch on to
star plus for my sake..
But wats the use?? Maate has only taught us how to obey
n follow ur saas blindly n sidetrack ur poor hubby completely..
infact no class on SMP n titillation'.
god knows wats so fascinating abt age
old baalon ki lath n half hearted hug.. mera munna tho chid jata hai n rather
he ask me to tie up my hair..
But kudos to me I discovered all sorts of
variation within 4 months of my marriage..
Pati ka mood ho toh..
Pati ka mood
NAA ho toh..
Pati tired ho toh'
n as usual i deviated from the main topic n
converted this thread into SMP..
i wanna
kya yaar, akshara wali tactics apna ke dekh le na...gandhiji ban ja...shayad kuch solution nikal aaye coz practical life mein gayitris ko tackle karne ka koi aur method nahi hai
okay , i'll stop joking...Vini, give ur relationships time..everything will settle down ...the understanding comes automatically...
initially i thought this is appealing to all man.. but now after lots of mishaps i got to learn wat exactly increases man's desire

i Pity Naitik ..akshi toh kuch bhi variations nahi karti hai..
but at the same time feel really blessed to have munna besides me.. he's such a sweetheart..

If I have to write a post I have to watch the show
I did watch the show on & off for a while just for that purpose, to participate in the discussions here cause I really loved this forum & everyone here
Annoying as hell! I ignored her for a while which is what I preach & practice but she became the face off the show...
Coupled with tears ki bhaad, it proved to be a deadly combination that drove me off the show.
It will improve the quality of the episodes and eliminate all the dragging, no fillers! Maybe go back to weekly or
even 2 or 3 episodes per week. A good analogy of the current track - CPR...
That sums it up for me...

Charu, nice to read u after a long time...I too had lost track in bet'n- don't know how they lost it all- but still I appreciate their intentions or current efforts to maintain simplicity...some soar bloopers nag the watch- like two big sedan size cars and no money for rent deposits! But as usual, they expect us to not getting too picky!
On one point u hit the nail. They cannot let G3 go down the drain altogether. She is hero's mom- will always be maintained influential. Better, they manufacture more Masijis for G3!
yes i never liked to watch MU's b/w them but it was never abt them..all MU's started n ended with the family..their day starts , end and run with gayitri's nakhre...i wonder where did that old gayitri vanish..i actually used to like her...Charu,
I get what u mean. As told earlier, I was myself surprised at unexpectedly lingering interest this soap has exerted on someone like me who is avowedly hostile to Indian soaps and their idiosyncrasies (and now, hypocritically hiding this hitch from real life friends!
). But I have some explanations; First with Pavitra Rishta ( stopped since long), forum interaction was a new experience, (had some blogging participations or network sites with friends), along with initial freshness of dinner time casual watches. What caught attention, was some really sharp interactions, debates or exchange of notes by some capitally talented writers or the clarity of their thoughts/expressions. On PR forum, Commentator, Koolsadhu, Skeptical...But then PR managed to drive out any sanity in its story and all left...In case of YRKKH, it too had that flair of initial freshness and good concept. It had added catch of marriage adjustments- a universal theme which easily touches some mandatory common points. In process, we have ample opportunity to watch reflections of some personal experiences and some identifications-all these despite of their hugely artificial scripts. They stumble upon real life similarities by default. Especially the portrayals of some interpersonal relationships. For example, however artificial Rj/G3 might appear, their mother-child interactions (A/N res.) do have some hints of real life scenarios. Then Dadi-VM...and the lead too are not faring that badly ( I know u have some different take here), but I tend to defend them out of sheer loyalty they engendered!

...YRKKH is still retaining innocence...Somehow it generates a biased fondness- in spite of its huge dose of mediocrity.

Am afraid the reversal is already on way!
Appraising Dj too requires reserve. One discord and he may easily turn rigid and conservative. Though, at present he is effectively containing G3 and their bickering
...
Have not seen much other than PR and YRRKH, nor do I wish to hitch on any new one. Lessons enf
...Conclusion; visual media has powerful scope of telling a story/concept. The pitfall is commercial greed to stretch. A story would have been far better presented if outlined and presented in finite form. For example, suppose we peek 52 best episodes of YRKKH-representing all important chapters of the story (unfolding canvass; M family- Girl's matrimonial trepidation- initial rejection- fresh beginning- Naitik introduction- courtship- Marriage- First hurdle- some more adjustments- enroute trials- first disappointment- settling bonds)- all these without 'boring–to- death' filler scenes, episodes. Only sharp ones or relevant ones, and I am sure we would not need more than 52 episodes. But imagine the effect. Those high episodes and their serialization would have catapulted these efforts to a powerful, distinct entertainment where it would even vie for a class. But open ended serials are ruling – with ample degeneration
-as observed on some fleeting views here or there. In this scenario I think YRKKH is least degenerated and harmless (again, I might be ignorant of other exceptions)...
