All right, here we go.....
MAURITIUS: JASSI AND NANDINI
Jassi and Nandini are standing in a boat. Nandini is still convincing Jassi for the hair cut. She tells Jassi that she will teach her to love herself. Jassi is still her adamant self and argues that she will not go for the hair cut as for her, looks are not important. What is within a person matters more. Nandini asks her to keep her hand on her heart and ask herself if right from her school to her days in Gulmohur, people have not commented her on her looks. She says that the first impression is always of the face and appearance, no matter how good a person is from within. She asks Jassi if she wants to return to Gulmohur as the same old Jassi and get teased by the same people. She says that she feels a totally new Jassi should return to Mumbai. Jassi says that she needs time to think. Nandini asserts that she has already thought for her; they will first shop for new clothes and then go to the stylist for a haircut. Jassi stubbornly says that she does not want to change her clothes and hair, as they are her identity. Nandini looks exhausted.
MUMBAI: WALIA HOUSE
Nandu is hurriedly gathering some floppies and folders to take to Gulmohur. (Jassi had told Bebe yesterday that he would represent her in today's meeting.) Bebe and Amrit look at him worriedly. Bebe asks him about all this, what's the problem and if there is any threat to their Jassi. Nandu assures her that there is no problem, he asks them not to worry as he himself is not tensed at all.....just then the phone rings making him jump. 😆
Bebe picks up the phone, looking scared. "Armaan!!" she jumps up in fear. (It was actually quite funny).
Armaan is sitting at his desk, looking very worried. He asks Bebe if Jassi has come back and will be at the meeting. Bebe says that she hasn't. Armaan is exasperated and says that he had told them he needs her desperately. Bebe tells him quite sternly 😳 that Jassi CANNOT come. Armaan starts getting hyper. Nandu signals to Bebe to tell him that he will take her place. Bebe tells Armaan. "Nandu?? Nandu??" he says (with a tinge of jealousy? ). "Nandu can't take her place, Bebe! I want Jassi!" he says. Bebe tells him sternly that if Nandu won't do, then none of them will come and he can handle it himself. Armaan freaks out and tells her quickly that it is all right, Nandu may come. He then tells her to do one favor for him. He asks her to tell Jassi to stop hiding from him, as he needs her desperately. Bebe looks really worried at Armaan's pleading tone.
Nandu is leaving when Billu comes. He growls that where Nandu is going and with whose permission he has touched Jassi's files. Amrit placates him and says that there is a meeting at GM today and Nandu is going to attend it. Billu shouts that what meeting now, when Jassi had completed all the legal formalities. Nandu stammers that one or two files were to be submitted. Billu growls and asks him to stop talking crap as he himself had prepared the balance sheets. Nandu mumbles something and flees. Billu is still shouting that they all are hiding something from him. Amrit reminds him about breakfast, trying to change the topic.
Bebe is looking really worried. She tells herself that there was something weird about Armaan's pleading today. She also wonders why Jassi is so upset with him. She prays to Babaji to take care of her Jassi and ward off all evils.
MAURITIUS : JASSI,GAURI, PURAB
Back here, we have actress Gauri Pradhan. Gauri is modeling and has some pics taken.
Jassi and Nandini are watching her from a distance. Jassi comments in awe that she looks equally beautiful both in reel and real life. Nandini tells her that she doesn't even know Gauri in person, what kind of a person she is, still she finds her pretty...thus looks do cast the first impression after all. Jassi argues that everyone is not blessed like Gauri, who is born beautiful. Nandini tells her that some people seem bent on the negative, like a white line on a stone.
Gauri finishes her session and comes to them. Nandini introduces her to Jassi. Jassi says a curt hello. Gauri comments that such a sweet girl, and what a dry hello. She asks her why she looks upset, is it a matter of the heart? She tells Jassi that she feels, it is better to have love and lost than to never have loved at all. Jassi gets upset and excuses herself.
Nandini tells Gauri that she feels just a change of attire and hairdo will do her a lot good, but Jassi is really obstinate. She says that she has taken up a challenge that she will transform Jassi into a beauty just like the VLCC contestants. She says that it is really hard to convince Jassi. She asks Gauri to try. Gauri says that she will definitely convince Jassi as she has a knack at it.
Jassi is sitting in the boat, thinking about Gauri's words. Purab comes and sit next to her. Jassi gets up to leave and he stops her. He tells her that so many times they were separated, still life makes them meet; he asks her to give him a chance to tell her what he wants. She says that when you have lost something, it is never found. She tells him that she is trying to forget her past, and he too is a part of it. Purab says that he too tried to forget her, but failed. He again requests her to hear him out; but she just walks away. Purab looks defeated.
Nandini comes and tells him that Jassi wants to forget so many things, but unfortunately cannot. Purab asks her again to tell him what all happened to her after he left.
MUMBAI: GULMOHUR, BOARDROOM
The board meeting. Nandu is sitting, trying to look confident. Aryan questions Nandu on Jassi's absence. Nandu tells him that Armaan Suri knows that Jassi is unable to come. (Armaan looks down). Nandu says that he is Jassi's legal representative. The lawyer says that this will not do, Jasmeet Walia is needed in person. Armaan starts looking tensed.
Nandu asks for what she is needed. The lawyer tells him that Gulmohur's case will be decided in the court within 2 days. If Jassi fails to turn up, the attorneys may decide anything, even handing over Gulmohur to Kohinoor. Nandu argues that Jassi has signed on the power of attorney. Aryan starts shouting that Jassi might be an ace at finance, but she has no knowledge of the law. He says that he wants to make it clear that mere signing on the POA is not sufficient; it is imperative that she come here. Armaan and Raj look helpless. Mallika sneers that it may be that Jassi is hiding from them, as she really never wants to hand the company to them. She asks where she is hiding. Nandu is furious. 😡 He shouts that he CANNOT tell where Jassi is. He says that Armaan Suri knows this very well; he had even come looking for Jassi to her place. Armaan gets a beautifully evil look from Mallika for this. 😡 🤢 Aryan tells Nandu bitterly that they will give him 24 hrs to get Jassi here, or else they will have to take strict action. Armaan closes his eyes. Nandu gets up, fuming. He yells at Aryan that he cannot do anything to Jassi; he will have to fight him, Nandu before that as Jassi is now not alone. He starts walking and Armaan jumps and stops him. He pleads that he would like to talk to Nandu in private.

Gauri is telling Jassi that she has specs too; only she removes them in front of the camera.
Jassi wonders that a beauty like Gauri, might find herself glued to the mirror right from childhood. Gauri laughs and says that no, in fact as a child she looked very very ordinary. Jassi says she cannot believe it. Gauri tells her that she cannot believe she has won the VLCC Look Of The Year and is a queen now. She says that when she was small, she had long braids and huge specs, and the children used to tease her as "Chipchip chasmish" 🤓 Jassi is amused and asks her then what transformed her. Gauri says she went in for a haircut, which really boosted her confidence. She advises Jassi that bleaching, waxing and threading enhance a woman's beauty. Jassi says that they cause a lot of pain. Gauri says that they do cause a little pain, but do wonders to your confidence.

Nandu is sitting on a chair and Armaan is literally pleading before him. He asks him to try and understand, and tell him where Jassi is. He says that it is really necessary for him to know. Nandu obstinately says that he CANNOT tell him.
"DAMN! DAMN! Nandu!! You know the legal complications!" he bangs his fist against the wall. "You know what the Board Of Directors just said!!" he says with agitation.
"The Board Of Directors!! If the Board Of Directors never listened to what Jassi said, why should she listen to them??"
"Nandu!! Try and understand! This implies danger to Jassi...like this they will feel that she has run away...this may land her in trouble and I don't want that!!"
Armaan bends where Nandu is sitting,
" I beg before you !!" he says humbly, pitifully. "I beg before you to tell me where she is!!"
"Beg?? Armaan Suri and beg?? That Armaan Suri who played with her love, that Armaan Suri who broke her heart, that Armaan Suri who misbehaved with her when drunk, that Armaan Suri who almost killed me out of jealousy...........that Armaan Suri is today begging before us?" Nandu says with vehemence.
"Yes! I beg before you too Nandu!!" Armaan is clutching Nandu now.
"Please..please tell her to call me and to come back!! Or else........" he pauses for breath...."Or else ..I'll die!!" Armaan says in anguish.
Nandu shrugs his hands off.
"No Armaan Suri! I don't trust you one bit...and nor does she! Jassi did so much for you...almost gave her life for you..and you?? Have you ever thought Armaan, what you did to her?? (Armaan closes his eyes in pain). If not, think now Armaan! Think!" Nandu barges, "And henceforth neither will you see me in Gulmohur again!" he leaves.
Armaan looks a sight of misery.
MAURITIUS: NANDINI AND PURAB
Nandini has told Purab Jassi's story and how she brought her here to heal her wounds.
Purab says sadly that it was all his fault.
He says that he should have married Jassi at that time itself, in spite of knowing that she loved Armaan; this way Armaan would never have got a chance to torment her. He says that he will not repeat that mistake now and never separate her from himself."

Nandini smiles and says that before Jassi listened to him, she will have to listen to her first. (ie makeover).
JASSI AND GAURI
Jassi is telling Gauri in that self-mocking manner that some people like her father find her pretty in spite of her face; he calls her Queen Victoria. Gauri says that however, it is necessary to show the world your beautiful face. Jassi says sadly that he does not feel the need for this, as the world has pained her enough. She walks away.
Nandini calls Gauri and asks her if she was successful. Gauri shakes her head and says that Jassi has a lot of pain in her heart and head and it is difficult to get that out. Nandini says she will see her in the hotel.
Jassi walks to Nandini and tells her that some Karan Oberoi will be arriving tonight. Nandini tells her that she will be in charge of that. But before that, they must do some shopping and that haircut. She tells Jassi that she wants to give her new wings to fly, so that she can soar high and achieve new heights,
Jassi says that it is really difficult for her to get out of the cucoon of her past, which she cannot forget.
