how to make blinke like this

First take a new document with transparent background!!!!

Then tick your animation from windows option

And write the text which you want as a blinke and add effects for it!!

For that white border I gave stroke as white color!!

After this duplicate the text layer to say 4 layes for 4 more colors(ctrl+J)

After duplicating see the layer pallete!!! It has total 5 layers (4duplicated and 1main layer)

After duplicating go to first duplicated layer and change it color from green to red(yourchoice)

Similarly repeat for all the layers with different colors!!

And once u change the color make sure that your layer is invisible!!!See once  i changed all layer colors and making them invisible i will be back with layer one that is my green color!!!!Only green is visible !!!your layers should be like this!!

Now comes the animation part!!

Once u have got your layers like above u goto the first frame and copy that frame and past it!!

It will show u like this and choose last one!!paste after selection!

Once u got your duplicated frame u remove the 2^nd (2^nd color) from invisibility!!!

That is for 2^nd frame 2^nd layer should be visible along with 1^st layer '..it should be like this

Similarly in next step copy the 2^nd frame and and make 3^rd layer visible

And after that 3^rd n 4^th

And finally u will get some thing like this

So by the like u reach your last frame all the layers should be visible like this!!

Now play the animation and set the timings!!

And now same for web n devices and u are done
