Hey friends doen't the marriage outfit of the girl comes from the guy's house?? then y we are getting tension btw families bcoz of the designer...

Actually usually the marriage outfite is selected by the would-be-bride..
Like now.. It is Jeevikas family who should fix the outfit for her.. But vadheras wants a desginer to make a outfit for jeevika..
 
Hope because of the designer.. There will be no more problem after Manvi's fight with Rohit

You're right, typically, according to Indian custom, the maternal side of the bride-to-be presents her with the outfit and in Punjabi tradition, the mama gives her the chuda (ceremonial bangles). In this case, Swamini sent over Rohit to design the dress to meet her "Vadhera" standards, which she fears cannot be met by Jeevika's family. Ugh, vanity...

u are here too!i guess we have same tastes in shows. vtw what desi_chic said is totally correct - as far as north indian traditions are concerned and i guess thats what they are following in ehmmbh because the story is set in rishikesh and chandi!
