I guess there are two possibilities: -
Option 1) Arnab knows that Piya loves Abhay who is a vampire and wants to kill Abhay because of his existence...
But, the question is how did he find out? Curious to see that...
OR
Option 2) He thinks that Piya is supporting Vampys in general...How did he jump to that conclusion or did Piya give away a clue accidentely...
