Part 1
(Early Morning, Gupta House)
Payal: Khushi. Hurry up. We will be late. What are you doing?
Khushi: Nothing jiji. I am coming. Give me a couple minutes
(Khushi grabbed her iPod from her pocket and paused the song she was dancing to)
Khushi ( to herself): I can't tell anyone about this. Nobody will approve
(Every morning, Khush I got up early and danced. Dance was her passion but Law was the career that she was expected to pursue)
(Khushi put on a pair of jeans and a hoodie and rushed out of her room)
Garima (Khushi's Mom) : Eat something before you go bitiya
Khushi: No time Mom. Have to go.
Shashi (Khushi's Dad): Not a good idea. You have to eat something
(Khushi ran into the kitchen and grabbed an apple)
Khushi: Happy? She smiled at her parents
Payal: Khushi. Come on please.
Khushi: Okay. Bye Mom. By Dad
Shashi and Garima: Bye bitiya
(Raizada House)
Anjali: Chotey. Please get up and get ready. You have to go to college
Arnav: Ya. Di. Give me like 5 minutes. Did you wake up Akash?
Anjali: I did. He should be ready by now
(Arnav gets up from his bed, walks to the door of his room and opens it)
Anjali: Why do you look so tired?
Arnav( yawning): was studying all night Di
(Before Anjali could say anything, Akash walked up to them)
Akash: Bhai, Di. I am ready to go when you guys are
Anjali : look at me. I am ready
(Anjali was wearing black dress pants and a pink sweater)
Arnav: I am ready too (looking down at his clothes) Almost.
(Arnav rushes to the bathroom and gets ready in 5 minutes and then rushes down for breakfast. His Mom and Dad are sitting at the table and eating. He grabs a couple things off the table and starts stuffing them in his mouth)
Neena (Arnav's mother) : Slow down beta. Eat properly
Sameer (Arnav's father): Sit down immediately and eat properly or do not eat at all)
(Arnav sits down, but continues stuffing his mouth, He finishes eating and gets up quickly)
Arnav: Bye Mom. Bye Dad.
Sameer and Neena: Bye
(Arnav grabs the keys from Akash)
Arnav: I will drive. We will reach there quicker
Akash: Fine
(Arnav drives the car at a fast speed and they all reach college with plenty of time to spare)
(On the other side Khushi pulls into a parking spot right in front of the school. She gets out and stretches)
Khushi: Jiji. How was my driving?
Payal : (laughing) Better than I thought it would be
Khushi ( laughing) : Thanks
Payal : What class do you have first today?
Khushi: English and I have it with you so I am happy
Payal : Great. Let's go
(Payal and Khushi rush to class and Khushi sees someone after she has entered the class)
Khushi ( softly) : What is he doing here?
