I predict that something serious happen to the children which force Niddhi to join the hospital and become a doctor or she herself get interested with the kids in the hospital!

This already happened with shahenshah though she remained firm on her decision.

Seeing Anji dad... anji should definitely get married to ranganath to be able to follow her fashion designer course.

Hmmm...Well, after seeing Nidhi dance to the song "mein sasural jaaogi", I think after Dr. Ashatoush (her piya) calls her, use koi bahana yaad nahi aayega aur wo sasural (read as hospital) chali jayegi
