TOI: Krystle and Nia diet-maniac siblings

Krystle D'Souza and Nia Sharma, who play siblings in Siddharth P Malhotra's Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, seem to have taken their roles a tad too seriously. 

Krystle, who plays the elder Sister, keeps correcting the younger one on screen. And we hear that the trend continues offscreen as well. The duo seem to be joined at the hip like siblings in real life too and take care of each other's diet as well. Informs a source, "Krystle and Nia are figure-conscious and are extremely particular about the way they look on screen. Their characters of Jeevika and Maanvi respectively donn the Indian look and are seen in fitted (body-hugging) salwar kameez. 

Fearing that they would not fit in to their clothes the next day, if they do not pay attention to their diet intake, both of them avoid eating at nights. They apparently come up with innovative excuses every night to skip their dinner." Krystle confirms, "Actors have to keep up with strict diet regime in order to stay fit. Nia and I encourage each other in following a strict diet. We relish juices and salads more. And when you have company, you are motivated to follow the set rules."
