Episode starts with Shehenshah walking in the corridor thinking about Ash's words. Nids and Anji want to go out for a movie but Buaji wants her to eat at home. Nids tells them that if they come home late, to call her first before calling the police. Buaji doesn't want her to eat outside. Mr Varma tells her to enjoy herself.
At the hospital Shehenshah is trying to get Nids' address from the reception. Once the coast is clear, he looks for her address. The nurse and reception is approaching and Shehenshah manages to get Nids address. So he tries to escape. At the children's ward, a nurse ask for Shehenshah and a child tells him that he has gone to Ash's room. The nurse ask Ash if he has seen Shehenshah, so they realise he is missing. Ash calls Dr Rangnath about Shehenshah MIA. Shehenshah is running in the streets. Ash is angry at the security guard but he gets an idea as to where the boy could be. Nids and Anji are having fun watching moview. Ash tries to call Nids but she can't hear in the theatre. Ash is frustrated.
Ash is with the police tyring to find the boy. Anji and Nids driving back after film. Nids talks about how much they had fun watching a flop film. Anji tells Nids she is officially jobless. Suddenly they see some accident in the street. Nids want to see what has happened so she can help. Nids then see that it is none other than Shehenshah. The boy is happy to see Nids finally, so she calls for an ambulance. Anji informs Buaji about taking the kid to the hospital and Mr Varma tells her to do her job well. Shehenshah tells her about how he was looking for her. Nids is shocked how he escaped from the hospital. She tells him off for what he did. Shehenshah tells him how Ash said there was no way to bring her back, so he had to try something. The boy suddenly in unconcious. Nids call the hopsital and informs about Shehenshah's condition. She asks them to get ready the CT scan and OT ready. At hospital Nids gets ready to treat Shehenshah.
Buaji and Mr Varma playing cards over coffee, Chote Sarkar comes with coffee. Mr Varma tells to sleep coz he has driving lesson and reluctant to go. He leaves. Buaji worried about Nids. In the OT Dr Malika thanks Nids for her help but informs she can't do anything as she has resigned. Nids asks to be given a chance. Ash comes and tells Nids can stay, Nids is shocked while Malika isn't a happy camper. Obviously the operation was done in split seconds without any blood or actual operation. Ash tells Nids she can stay on to take care of Shehenshah but Malika is fuming.
Dr Rangnath sees Anji and starts flirting. He asks if Anji accepted his proposal about redesigning uniform. He thanks her taking him seriously. Anji explains she is here for Nids. Ragnanth goes about how time has passed by that Nids used to work here and how he just met Anji. Then Anji asks if he is making fun of her to which he said that time is making fun of him as he is waiting. He goes on about understanding why Nids left but fail to understand why Anji did. So Anji is confused why her. Rangnant said he doesn't have an answer to that. He asks her for some chai, so they go. Nids is with Shehenshah. Ash comes and thanks her. She apologies for what has happened. He said it was ok as kids will do what they want. He doesn't understand what magic affect she had on the kids. Nids said not magic but love, Ash is taken aback. He asks if it was taught in college but Nids said life has taught her. He said it was amazing she has learned about life at a very young age. Nids said to learn about life, one needs to open their doors not keep it closed. Ash is taken aback a little and said there are some doors which are closed by itself. He leaves and Nids is wondering while touching the earrings.
