How did you Celebrate Your Birthday?

It was super cool. My friends and family gave me a wonderful surprise birthdayparty.Though it was a working birthday for me, it was anemotional moment. On 3rd October, we went for dinner at Aromas OfChina and then my parents told me about a plot they wanted to buy for Palak as her birthday is on 8th October I agreed and we wentto a cottage in 7 Bunglows and got this mammoth surprise birthdaybash. All my friends from Goa, Dubai and other places came and itbecame a very emotional birthday. My favourite Pineapple cake wasthere, which we all really enjoyed.

What is the First thing you do in Morning?

Nothing particular .If I am working, then I go to the shoot. I feel it is veryimportant. And I was shooting on my birthday for Comedy Circus.

What did your daughter give you?

Her gift for me is very precious as she gifted me a special scrapbook in which she hadput my photos from different occasions. She had been preparing this special gift for amonth and didn't even tell me. It was very emotional surprise for me. I will cherish it forever.

Tough chilhood

I am basically from Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh .Myfamily has seen a lot of ups and downs At one point, my grandfather was very rich butunfortunately, he suffered immense financial setbacks and faced severalcases of litigation .But after Iwas born, his court cases eased. So he usedto often say,' 'Ghar mein deviaa gayee' (A Goddess is born in the house). My mother named me Shweta.I also have a younger brother ,Nidhaan, who has just completed his MBA from London .

Because of the heavy financial constraints, my dad Ashok Tiwari and my mum Nirmalamoved to Mumbai when we were kids. We lived in Mazgaon in Mumbai. Ihad a very tough childhood because since we werefrom a very lower middle-class family, there were many hardships because of our financial problems. I think because of thiseven as a child ,I was always very conscious of trying not to be a burdenon my parents. I did my schooling at St Isabel in Mazgaon andwould always top the class. A very diligent and hard-working student, I would never give my teachers any cause to complain. However,

there was one subject I used to get a zero in, and that was needle-work. For thissubject,

we were required to spend almost' 2,000 (for the threads ,cloth, embellishments etc)

and I never ever asked my parents for the money as I knew my poor mum would haveto struggle harder to get that extra money for me .So I ended up failing in this subject always.

My inspiration

I am inspired by all those women who fight the adversities of life without any social orfinancial support. I salute their undying spirit. There were somany people who said that I look so fragile, so how come I have thestrength of mind to cope with so many traumatic problems? I' d like to tellthem that when you are pushed against the wall your inner strengthautomatically comes to the fore.

How did You celebrate at Work?

I celebrated my birthday on the sets of Comedy Circus and cut a nice cake .Kapil Sharma, my co- partner in the show, had arranged for it. In the episode we shot, we got aperfect 20. Kapil and I both felt it was perfect.

First of all many many happy returns of the days hweta ..your One of the most remarkable women we have ever come across ,,ur simply nd TRULY an inspiration to every woman .You are an Angel born on this earth and made our life heavenly . we are incomplete with out Shwetuu ..
