In the show Kuch Toh Log Kahenge Nidhi (Kritika Kamra) has decided to leave her profession as doctor and she has given her resignation to Dr. Ashutosh (Mohnish Behl).
However, Dr. Ashutosh was upset to see Nidhi's resignation. He tells that Nidhi that he will regret to lose a qualified doctor like her. This moment is very happy for her, as she always wanted to listen from Dr. Ashutosh.
To refresh Nidhi' mood, her friend Anji (Ishita Sharma)takes her for shopping but after coming back at the home Nidhi again gets into sad mood. Nidhi alsochecks her cell repeatedly as she is waiting for someone calls.
Meanwhile, the hospital kids ward is missing their favorite Dr. Nidhi and go on for hunger strike to being Nidhi back in the hospital. Dr. Ashutosh got disturbed, as he cannot see the kids suffering without any fault.
