In the promos leading to the show they always had the heart machince beeping sound in the background. I always said to my mum that there definately something wrong with her like maybe a heart disease or something.
There was mention of Manvi being weak and getting a fever frequently and Jeevika trying to get her to do a blood test which she didnt do. So the forum is speculating that she probably is sick and thats where the story is headed. Thats all.
