It wasn't uncommon in 60', 70's to have siblings who had a vast difference in age. Girls were married of, at very early age when they were around 13-14 . Not unusual to become a granny at the age of 35-40 either

My husband's youngest aunt is just 2 years elder than him. so nothing surprising!

The bua's case here must be something similar. She must have been the youngest sis of N's grandpa and her father must have been the eldest

well generally may be its unusual. but i have two aunts and two uncles who r younger than me and those who r elder, they r mostly of my cousins' age :)
