Kuch Toh Log Kahenge is the love story of two doctors from two different generations. Ashutosh is a 38-year-old surgeon, married to his duty and disciplinarian, while Nidhi is a 24-year-old carefree, jovial MBBS graduate. The show depicts how they get attracted to each other but are unable to express their feelings because of their huge age gap. Its a copy of Pakistani famous classic drama Dhoop Kinare 1987 was directed by Sahira Kazmi and written by Haseena Moin starring Rahat Kazmi and Marina Khan.

Mohnish Behl , born February 14, 1963, is an Indian actor working in the Bollywood film industry.

He comes from a prominent film family. He is the son of actress Nutan and Rajnish Behl. His great grandmother was Rattan Bai, his grandmother was Shobana Samarth, his maternal aunt is actress Tanuja and his cousin is popular actress Kajol who is married to actor Ajay Devgan. Mohnish is married and has a daughter.

He made his debut in 1984 horror "Purana Mandir" where he played the lead role. Mohnish Behl first attracted notice playing the villain in Maine Pyar Kiya. He is probably best known for playing villainous roles, notably the spoiled brat "Bali" in "Shola Aur Shabnam", as "Narendra" in the hit film "Deewana" and the manipulative son-in-law "Rajesh" in Ek Rishtaa: The Bond of Love".

Kritika Kamra has won millions hearts with her innocent and sweet look. In short span of time, she has become a household name for her tremendous acting skills. Kritika is basically from Madhya Pradesh and did her schooling from Delhi Public School, New Delhi. Kritika is crazy about dancing and she is fond of collecting music albums.

Kritika was pursing her graduation in NIFT. She left her graduation in middle because of her show 'Kitni Mohabbat Hai'. As she always wanted to complete her studies, now she is doing her graduation in Arts in Mumbai.
