Meera is looking at some files and Mihir calls her on the mobile. She picks it engrossed in work and her enthusiasm rockets sky high on hearing Mihir's voice. Her sister listens as she speaks excitedly. Meera's sister taunts her as Meera denies her feelings. The sister says that she is no kid and can recognise people when people are in love. Meera cries a bit and says that she knows it is wrong, but can't control herself either. Her sister asks her to stop meeting Mihir. Meera says it is not possible as she is fighting his cases. Meera accidentally pricks herself on a thorn in the flower vase. Her sister says this is what she fears might happen to her. Meera says its these little things which add value to life.
Three months later
As Ganga is performing the Thulsi Pooja, Baa imagines Savitha and Thulsi around the Thulsi plant. She is a little sad. Mohini is shown to be in bed.

Abhishek holds Shobha from tripping. They look at each other's eyes as Payal smiles to herself. Karan and Nandini look at each other as Tanya arranges a table for them to dine. They drag her and all three of them dine together sharing a joke. Meera and Mihir are immersed in their work and reach out for the stapler at the same time. Mohini and harsh are also featured in the song.
Thulsi is keeping a tab of days she has spent in prison by making some markings on the wall. She realises that she has been in prison for 3 months and that it is the day of Mehandi. She confirms the fact with a warden and decides to call Shobha in the evening.
Payal invites all at Shanthinikethan to Mehandi. Savitha says it should have happened at Shanthinikethan. Baa says Shobha is also Payal's daughter. Payal says then Nandini's mehandi should also be held at her house. She further adds that she has nothing against Nandini except that she is marrying a man………… she has spoken to parents of Nandini also and they have accepted that Mehandi will be celebrated at Payal's house.
Shobha is dressed in a traditional yellow sari and her hair is in neat bun. She exchange some words of advice with payal. Nandini is dressed in a pink sari with a silver border. Her mother also says she is happy that Nandini has finally found a partner of her choice.
As people socialise, Savitha applies mehandi to Nandini and probably Abhishek's mother to Shobha. Savitha says that nayi dulhan will always have great relation with the person who applies Mehandi. First time it was Thulsi and now it is her; and Thulsi's and savitha's relationship is not good.
Abhishek arrives at the function. A very pretty looking Damini invites Abhishek to dance with them. As he hesitates, she says he will have to the tunes of Shobha in future and a little practising won't hurt. There is a call and he excuses himself.
The call is from rathe who is prison. He asks Abhishek to get him out of prison. Abhishek asks him to wait a little longer. As the celebrations of marriage come to an end, he will speak to payal. Rathe says that if he does not hurry up, he will tell Payal that he was involved with Ansh in getting Vishal murdered. Abhishek cannot belong to either sides.
Thulsi who will be waiting to use the phone to call Shobha, over hears the last sentence. She takes hold of rathe's collar and gives him a good shake. She also slaps him and asks him if Abhishek was involved. She is in tears and says it's the question of her daughter's life. Rathe says that Thulsi is just hearing things. A warden asks Thulsi to use the phone or go back to her cell. Rathe uses the opportunity to get away.
Thulsi uses the redial button and does not speak. Abhishek picks up his cell and screams have patience. Otherwise he will not help Rathe and he will have to rot in jail for a long time. Thulsi drops the receiver and cries.
