I need help in these very urgently:
1. How is the termination of acetylcholine-mediated neurotransmission different from the termination of neurotransmission mediated by other neurotransmitters?

2. Assume that Na channels inactivate after 10 seconds instead of the usual millisecond to 10s of milliseconds. Assue that the timing of activation of the two ionic currents (Na+ and K+) upon triggering of the action potential is normal.
Can you tell me how the graph of action potential will look like in this case?

3. How did Dr. Bernanrd Katz and colleagues demonstrate that Ca2+ is the essential trigger for neurotransmitter release at the synapse in experiments recording postsynaptic potential at the neuromuscular junction?

I need this urgently. Could anybody refer me to any website where I can get detailed business process of the purchasing and production divisions of a typical large scale hand-made jewelry business? It should be very detailed - it is fine even if it is 10 to 15 pages long.
