she should have atleast apologized to Koki and said"did not know. I will get cable disconnected"

Instead she just kept crying... infact rashi got more from koki. and not just she didn't care she kept smirking! 

Even if Gopi doesn't catch rashi red-handed... does she never think  , any rashi's ideas she follows don't go well with koki and ahem... and all she does after each episode is cry harder and get back to following rashi

Is that what a no.1 bahu does... wallow in self-sympathy and listen to bad advice?

gopi is senti and also she have some self-respect and she knew that she hurt her mother-in-law that's why she cried...but rashi is totally opposite...
