'ragini, meet Ranvir aur Ranvir ye hai ragini tumhari new secretary' said vasu

ragini slowly moved her head up and looked at Ranvir and then...

'TUM!!' Ranvir and ragini both said at the same time looking shocked.

There was an awkward silence for a few moments; both Ranvir and ragini were absolutely stunned and staring at each other in disbelief.

'Arey tum dono ek dusre ko jaanthe ho?' asked vasu finally breaking the silence.

They were still staring at each other in shock and in anger.

'ragini' vasu shook her and she came out the stare. 'ragini  tum tho keh rahi thi ke tum ranvir ko nahi jaanthi phir ye..?' asked vasu confused

'Ma'am...woh...ye...' ragini managed to say as she couldn't believe the guy she met yesterday morning was standing right in front of her...she didn't know how to react.

'Mom aap please isko office se isi waqt nikaaliye!!' Ranvir said angrily before ragini could complete her sentence.

'Kyun Ranvir  aisa kya ho gaya? questioned vasu

'Mom, aap nahi jaanthi is ladki ko...ye ladki...'

'Ma'am yehi hai woh jiski wajah se mein kal late ho gaye thi' said ragini finally coming to her senses.

'What meri wajah se?' said Ranvir looking at ragini and then turned to his mom and said 'dekha mom dekha, mujhpe ye kya ilzaam laga rahi hai aur kal bhi ye mujhse itni badtameezi kari thi'

'Main badtameezi kari thi...badtameezi tho tum kare the'

'Acha aur maa baap ki gaalia kaun de raha tha...main??' he said sarcastically

ragini was looking at him with her eyes scrunched...she was about to say something to him when vasu interrupted

'Stop it you two...mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha...tum dono mujhe bohat confuse kar rahe ho...mujhe koi patai ga ke yaha ho kya raha hai?' asked vasu confused

'Main patatha ho mom' said Ranvir, vasu turned to face him 'ye ladki...'

'Ma'am..' said ragini  interrupting Ranvir 'main aapko patathi ho'

'Kyun tum kyu pathao gi main pathaoga' said Ranvir demandingly

'Nahi mein pathogi' ragini responded

'Main pathaoga' said Ranvir slightly raising his voice and putting his hands on his hips

'Main pathaogi' said ragini also raising her voice and putting her hands on her hips

'Main' he said widening his eyes and raising his voice even louder

'Main' she said doing the same thing

'Main'

'Main'

'Main!!' argued Ranvir and ragini

'STOP IT!!' vasu yelled holding her ears. Both of them went quite and looked at vasu.

'ragini tum patao' said vasu calming down slightly

'But mom' said Ranvir

'Shut up ranvir' vasu shouted putting her finger on her lip

'ragini bolo..' said vasu

'Ji ma'am' said ragini with a smirk on her face as she felt she beat Ranvir in this small battle. ragini  narrated her part of the story to vasu  whilst Ranvir  stood there with his arms folded and his mouth wide open. After ragini finished vasu turned towards Ranvir and said

'Kya ye sab such hai?'

'Mom ye...' said ranvir

'Maine poocha kya ye sab such hai?' she again questioned rasing her voice slightly

'Mom aapko patha nahi ye ladki...'

'I said is she telling the truth Ranvir yes or no' shouted vasu very angrily

'Yeah but...' said Ranvir

'That's enough' said vasu  raising her hand in front of ranvir's face

vasu took a few breaths, calmed down a little and then said 'ranvir apologise to ragini'

Ranvir and ragini both looked at vasu suddenly

'What?' said Ranvir

'I said apologise to ragini'

'But mom...'

'But nothing say sorry to her right now!!'

Ranvir  looked at ragini angrily and then looked down and quietly but quickly mumbled 'Sorry'

'Ranvir uski taraf dekh ke maafi maango' said vasu

'M..o..m' he looked up at his mom with pleading eyes

'Ranvir do it'

Ranvir sighed, then looked up at ragini who all this time was trying to control her laughter. He gave her a sarcastic smile and shouted 'SORRY!' and stormed out his cabin.

ragini was feeling even more triumphant now 'wow pehle vasu ma'am ne meri baat suni uski nahi aur ab Mr. Akroo ne mujhe sorry bola..not bad for a first day ragini' she thought to herself with a smirk on her face.

'ragini , i'm so sorry for ranvirs's behaviour' said vasu bringing ragini out of her winning world.

'No ma'am it's okay aap kyu maafi maang rahe hai.' Said ragini looking all innocent

'Kya karo ragini , Ranvir hai hi aisa isleye tho maine tumhe appoint kiya hai kyunki mujhe lagtha hai ke tumhi usko sahi raasthe pe laa sakhthi ho' vasu said looking worn out.

Seeing the tension on vasu's face ragini said 'Ma'am aap fikar math kijeye main aapki umeedo pe khari uthro gi.'

'Good, tumse mujhe yehi umeed thi ragini'...'acha ab tum ghar jao tum thak gaye hogi..haan lekin ek kaam karo kal subah tum mere ghar aa jaana pehle ok main tumhe waha sab kuch samjha do gi.' said vasu

'Ji ma'am' said ragini and she left.
