chapter 28:
heer started the car n went towards their home. prem was still dizzy n was feeling a severe head ache due to which heer was very tensed n concerned. and throughout they way home was praying to God for his well-being.
they reached home, wid heer's help prem reached his room n as soon as he laid on the bed he went to deep sleep coz of his headache. heer called home n talked to gayatri n veera.
heer: maa, prem ki tabiyat buhat kharab hai.
maa (concerned): iss ko buhat taiz bukhar hain n he is shivering.
maa: beta tum gabrio nahi, bukhar he tu hai woh theek ho jiaye ga.
heer (in tears) : but maa mujhay bikul acha nahi lag raha prem ko aisay dekh kar.
maa: tuum roo mat, prem bilkul theek hojiaye ga.
heer (crying) : agar prem ko kuch hogaya tu.
maa: tuum pagal ho kiya, aisay choti choti baatoon par rotay hai kiya, tum iss keh sar par pani ki pattiyan lagoe woh jaldi theek hojaiye.
heer(still crying): jeee
maa: heer agar tum roo gi tu prem ko bilkul acha nahi lagay ga. aur pher tm dunno ek doosray say itna piyaar kartay tu isko kuch hoga kiya.
heer (smiels n bit shy) : jeee
maa: (wapis tensed) aray kal tu tum duno ak paper bhi hai naa...
heer: mujhay paper ki bilkul tension nahi hai.
maa: kyu taiyari hai kiya?
maa: taiyari ak tu pata nhi but abhi my only concern is prem woh theek tu mai theek aur paper ko dekh laygay.
both maa's were proud of heer n prayed that prem get well soon.
they talked for a whiel n then kept the phoen down.
heer then went in to the kitchen. to get sumething to eat for prem so that he can take his medicine n also she took a bowl of water n cloth.
she went in prem's room n saw him sleeping bt from his face he looked weak which hurted her. she went near to prem.
heer: prem plz uth jiooo.
prem: ummm
heer: prem uth kar kha lo, pher tum ko medicine layni hai.
but prem was not in a mood n was a bit awake too
prem: mera sar abhi tak dard kar raha
heer: issi wajah say keh rahi ho kuch kha lo.
prem: heer sach mai maan nahi hai.
then heer sat near prem n put his head on her lap n caressed his hair which prem was loving it n was staring in her eyes. prem can clearly see that she was in pain. pain becase of him that he is not well. but prem was very weak to say anything.
heer fed prem by bits n bites. prem took it bt didn't eat much coz he was not feeling well. heer the give him the medicine n after few seconds he again went to sleep coz of the medcine dosagge.
after prem went to sleep, heer started putting the wet cloth on prem;s forehead. while doin that she was only thinking about prem. the way he used roam around, used to tease her, irrarate her, put the house upside down coz of his silly things
and here her that only prem was lying on bed wid fever n weakeness.
heer put the wet cloth till evening n didn't know whn she also went to sleep.
around 8 in the night whn heer felt prem's hand movement heer woke up n saw that prem was trying to wake up.
heer: kiya howa prem?
prem: woh mujhay washroom jana hai.
and so prem went to washroom n while heer set the bed neatly n put the things aside. and also went to freshen up before he cumes back from washroom.
as soon again heer entered back in prem's room he was cumin out of washroom
heer: ab kaisa feel kar rahay ho?
prem: much better but a bit weak.
he again laid down in the bed.
heer: mai abhi ati hooo.
.heer went in the kitchen to get soup for prem n sume iscuits. she quickly cooked souup for prem. and while doing that heer texted rhulj.
heer: hey rahul, can u plz do me a favour as u knwo that prem is not feelin well and so v haven't stuudied anything n now its not possible to study so can u plz scan the sums n questions v did n mail me so taht v can hav a look. and she send it to raj.
while setting thr tray she got rahul reply, :yah sure, i'l do that in 5mins n no favours from frnds.
heer smiled after seeing that message n thought for a minute the difference b/w rahul n raj. but then ignored it keh y to think abt that jerk.
heer went in to prem room's n saw that he was not sleeping bt was only lying down. heer, "thank God
heer: chalo garma garam, soup taiyaar haiii
prem (smiled), : magar mera dil nahi ja raha hai.
heer: aisay kaisay dil nhi cha raha aur dekho mai tumharay favourite cookies aur juice laiye hoo, nahi khanaaa
prem: magar dil nhi hai.
heer: plz meray liyai thora kha loo.
prem: okay n he sat up.
heer made him drink teh soup n so did prem made heer drink the soup.
heer: confuused
prem: mujhay pata hai tum nay dopair say kcuh nhi khaya.
heer: tumko kaisay pata?
prem: woh aisay keh jab say mai soya ho, tum nay meray sar par wet cloth aur lagati lagati soo gayeee.
heer: magar tum tu soo rahay thay so i do u know
prem: i know ur in n out heeriyai.
heer smiled n so did prem after seeing her smile because he knows that she would hav been tensed coz of him.
both had their dinner. heer give prem medicine n then sat back on teh bed leaning on the bed side.
heer putting the tray aside,
prme: heer mail kal fail hojioo ga.
heer looked back.
heer: woh kyu?
prem: kyu, kiya matlab mai nay kuch parha nahi aur abhi bhi mera dil nhi cha raha hai.
heer: tu mai nay kaha parhaa auur mai tumharay begair nhi parh sakti hoo.
prme: pherr...
heer went n bought prem's laptop n sat down beside him.
heer (while switching on): issi wajah say i told raj to scan the sums n question which v did n so v can hav a look of it.
prem looked at heer being surprised n proud of heer.
prem: thank u
heer: for what?
prem: for doin everything, for being their n most important for being a part of my life n for choosing me as ur life partner.
heer looked in prem's eyes.
prem: i don't know u deserve me or not bt i deserve u in everymeans agar tum nahi hoti abhi tu pherrr...
he culdn't continue as heer put her hands on hsi mouth.
heer: ssshhh...no thank u n v both deserve each other n that y v are here together n will always remain in every situation.
prem smiled n kissed heer's cheeks.
after that raj send his mail n then heer was telling prem how did they do the sums as prem was getting confuse n so he still had a bit headache.
after 15 mins, prem n heer didn't realized bt prem had now stretched her legs n heer's head was now on prem chest n her legs were near prem's legs n prem's one hand around heer's waist n the laptop was on in the middle of both their legs. n they both were discussing n pin pointing the questions n studying it.
they didn't know whn it was 1am n both went sleep in the same position but both didn't care coz they were hell tired coz of today's on going situations!!
