i lovee the way she said the reason why she used mango juice was because she didnt find the orange juice!!!!LOL and this is what got arnav to smile!!!!!

Khushi's innocence and naivety was at its peak while she said this dialogue... no wonder when all her loud arguments could melt his heart...or even make a dent in it...it was her innocence that caused him to smile!!.. and the best part was that he didn't fight back with her this time and let her go on with what she had to say!
