I think it's really unfair to compare and judge who's prettier. Like Kritika's fans, Mehwish also has fans who wouldn't like ppl judging her like this. She is a big name in Pakistan, she was also nominated as one of 10 sexiest Asian women by a british magazine along with Katrina Kaif. Respect to both actresses, they don't look alike AT ALL but are pretty in their own ways :)
