Hey dear,
not everyones birthday gets GAed. We only make Development team members birthday to show gratitude and appreciate their hard work for the forums. Non-DT members gets their birthday thread stickies on the respective forum they are active on a regular basis. We have way too many birthday daily and making everyones birthday thread as GA will take up the space hence this decision.
So if you want your friends birthday thread to be sticky, please contact the respective sections DT:)
