hey guys,
2 months back i started gaining a lot of weight so i started a diet.No wheat,only fruits and veggies .i lost 6 kg's in 1.5 months but during ramadan i coudnt continue and now i am starting again!!!
guys,could u post some diet plans so we can take help from it
I have read all google tips and diet plan but i was wonderin u could help me out?
