@anushini, did you grate the white pumpkin or just cut it in tiny pieces?  Or was this made using the middle stuff?

My mum does this... it's also called 'kaasi alwa'.. 

we'll have to grate the veg and throw away the middle part (or throw the seeds and use the rest in kuzambu..)

grate panunga..nadu paguthi mattum...no need seeds..Smile
