Well talking about Guddu I had to come back
Guddu often says that he is unchangeable!
We as the viewers see that there is a vast difference in how Guddu was and how Guddu is now.
But the values that Guddu has deep ingraind in his psych has not changed.
At the touch scene he said certain things we still remember and ponder about. I will take then and discuss aobout them here and every one is free to comment about it
Guddu started by saying " Raja harshwardhan ke marg par chalte hain"
""lets walk on the path "dharma" of King Harshwardhana"
King Harshwardhna was a king from "Suryavansh" and in that dynesti they had certain codes and one important code was the use of one wife for the King. They were monogaymous. Guddu day before had put the shawl around his neck signalling his intentions about Runjhun and making her his bride at the auction. Now he repeat the same Dharma again to Runjhun. So by touching her he claims her as his wife. After this touch he cannot marry anyone since he is reffering to this monogaymous Dharma. But Runjhun can marry anyone since she i not bound by this dharma. It is in the same spirit that Guddu at the wedding pronounce to the world that she is to be known as his wife from now on.
II love Three
So he uses the three... 1 he put the shawl around his neck that was for the groom. 2 he touched her in seclusion.3 he married her and pronounced her to be his wife.
In this Dharma
He says further that Runjhun said " Humne tumhara jeena haram kar diya, Guddu Shukla nirdayi hai" Jeene ka matlab tum sekhaugi hume"
" I have made your life a living hell" " Guddu Shukla is heartless.- cruel" "You will teach me the meaning of life"
It is a rule that the ( suryavanshi) should not be cruel but help the needy by collecting from the city people. That the princess live like the sjubjects and never call themselves princly or put themselves above the subjects. They work hard for their livingbread and do not squander or live a life of splendour on others work. They speak the truth as a rule and avoide cheating or lying untile they are put in such a situation.
We see even now that Guddu is keeping in the same Dharma. He works hard to earn. He is not spending his money on joys like drinking and womanizing. He is true to his wife. He avoids speaking lies. Even if he has at times taken help of lies he as a norm dose not lie.
So in the sum of all things above Guddu has not changed. So the question of him relapsing in the bad behaviour after the wedding may not occur but I could be wrong.
