Ram on a diet

The viewers of Bade Acche Laggte Hai on Sony have noticed Ram Kapoor growing bulkier by the day. Ram has been the butt of many jokes and sarcasm. We now hear that the producers and director has put Ram under a strict diet.

A source reveals, "Ram is playing the lead in the show and is required to shoot every day. Ram suffers from sciatica, a problem that causes acute pain in the lower back, buttock and various parts of the leg and foot. However, the actor is dedicated to the show and is continuing to shoot inspite of his condition. The show has decent TRP's but now that everyone is making jibes about his weight the actor has been put on a strict diet and his progress is being monitored by the team. He has also been asked to consult a dietitian."

Incidentally Ram had once said that he will only lose wait if Yash Chopra asks him to do so. Seems like Ram has had to change that statement on the viewers demand. As the say the audience is the king.

He is a sweet guy !! Wish him good luck with BALH..
Ram just a piece of advice, restrict fried food for a while, enjoy some protein shakes and anything high on carbohydrates,, It helps a lot !!...
