Puneet Issar, who is even today remembered as Duryodhan of Mahabharat will play a vital role in the show.
Our source says, "
Puneet Issar will essay the able and powerful role of King Jarasandh, the ruler of Magadh. He will be seen from the third episode onwards. Jarasandh's two daughters get widowed when Krishna slays their husband, Kans. This angers Jarasandh and he determines himself to attack Mathura. The repeated attacks on Mathura by Jarasandh in fact forces Krishna to
relocate his capital city to Dwaraka".

I'm actually very happy to read this, Puneet made an amazing Duryodhan in BRC's Mahabharat and I know he'll def be able to pull of Jarasandh.
Can't wait to see him onscreen again!
