Apurv Nagpal, MD of Saregama India , in an interview with CNBC-TV18's Gautam Broker and Reema Tendulkar, said that they plan to release 'Soundtrack' in August which has a budget of Rs 10 crore.
He further said, "We expect another film to release this year. We have two more projects lined up for next year." He added, "The deal with the distributor for Soundtrack is under negotiation right now."

Q: What are your new movie plans? You have been planning to launch a Rs 10 crore movie soon. You also indicted that you are planning to launch two more movie projects. Are they on schedule as well?
A: Soundtrack is one movie that is releasing in August. It is an official remake of a Canadian film starring Rajeev Khandelwal. In this movie, his role is of a not so good boy which might be his first time. The budget of the movie is Rs 10 crore. The review is on track and it is looking good. Anyone who has seen it, have loved the movie.
The other films are also on track. The announcement has been delayed a little bit, due to some contractual issues. Both projects are on track in terms of their shoot schedules that has been planned. We hope another film to be released this year. We have two more projects lined up for next year.
Q: Have you tied-up with any distributors for this movie Soundtrack? Has already some money come in from this investment of about Rs 10 crore? As per the other film, what kind of investment are you looking at?
A: One of the upcoming films will be in the Rs 20 crore range and the other one will be under Rs 10 crore. We will be make announcements on both pretty soon. The deal with the distributor for Soundtrack is under negotiation right now. We would be closing certain deals soon.
