Sorry for the long wait...
I was going to going to update on friday but i went to watch READYYY>>>
So i got a little side tracked ...
Anyway enough of me talking here is the update you have been waiting for ...

Chapter 2...

When Geet regained consciousness, there was a smell of antiseptic. Her head hurt. She had a tube up her nose and it was irritating her nasal passages.. She felt bruised and broken and sick.. Her eyes opened slowly to a white room with people with green gowns, moving around a room that only she seemed to occupy.

She blinked hard, trying to get her eyes to focus. Obviously, she was in the recovery room.. She couldn't remember how she got there..

Her head was hurting like mad... She felt like there was bombs going off in her head... she moved her hand slowly to try and feel her head... all she could feel was a cloth wrapped tight around her head...

She wanted to know how she got there... she didn't remember anything... not even herself... she couldn't remember her family or where she even lived... she didn't know anything... trying hard to remember she closed her eyes to try and get flashbacks... pictures were entering her mind but it was all fuzzy...

Panicking now she started screaming...

A deep voice was raised demanding access to her as soon as he heard her screaming... The nurses threatened to call security if he didn't stop shouting but that didn't do any good.. He was finally let in... The doctor and nurses followed him... The doctor rushed ahead of Maan so he can examined Geet...

Doctor ' please aap shant hojaya... he said putting his hand on Geet's shoulder

Geet ' main yahan kaise aye hoon... she said grabbing the doctor's hands tightly...

doctor ' tumhara accident hua hai.. he said in the most soft and caring tone..

Geet ' accident?? She was shocked... Lekin kaise...

Doctor ' car accident... tumhe yaad nahi hai??

Maan was stood in the back watching all this in silence... how he wished this asnt happening right now... How he wished what he was thinking now wouldn't be true... if Geet lost her memory, she would forget him, forget her children, forget her family.. she would forget everything... he was panicking even more when he waited for the Geet's reply...

Geet ' mujhe kuch yaad nahi arraha hai... mera naam bhi nahii... kkuch bhi yaad nahin hai mujhe... meri ma, papa, such kuch yaad nahi hai mujhe... she said breaking down... letting out all her sorrows, all her sadness and frustration... she cried soo hard she started shaking...

Maan couldn't stand there and watch her cry like that,... he wanted to go to her and hug her.. and that's what he did... He walked over to her...before the doctor could realise what he was about to do, he just grabbed her by the shoulders and pulled her into his arms...

Geet stopped crying... she was in the arms of a man... she didn't know him... she started struggling in his arms wanting to get out... Maan felt her struggling but refused to let her goo... he then heard her crying and felt her hands at his chest... with all her force she pushed him...

Maan fell off the bed and landed on his bum.. Looking at Geet, he saw the scared look in his Geet's eyes... she looked at him and then at the doctor...

Geet ' Doctor yeh kaun hai?? She said pointing at Maan..

Doctor looked at Maan.. not knowing what to say he decided it was best to keep Geet's mind in control and not let her take any stress that could affect her health...

Doctor ' yeh Maan Singh Khurana hai...

Geet ' Maan ... she started thinking... while looking at Maan with a confused face...

Hearing his name from her mouth, brought tears to his eyes... Unable to take the pressure of the situation, Maan abruptly got up and walked to the door.. Before exiting the room he turned to have a final look at his life and then walked out in pain.. 

Geet looked at the doctor...

Doctor ' dekho beta... he said in a fatherly voice... tumhe kuch bhi yaad nahi hai kya... apka bachpan... apki parivaar?? He asked concerned..

Geet had tears flowing her eyes... she tried to remember everything but nothing... the pictures were all fuzzy and the more she tried to remember the more her head started to hurt... she held her head between her palms... closed her eyes in pain...

Seeing this the doctor panicked...

Doctor ' beta tum teekh tho ho na..,. dekho lay down... hum tumhara liye medicines lay auenga... he smiled...

Before he was about to leave she called the doctor..

Geet  - doctor uncle..

He turned around to see her looking at him with wide, sombre eyes...

Doctor ' jee beta... he said...

Geet ' uncle vo aadmi mera kya lagta hai??

Doctor paused.. he knew this was needed to be said...

Doctor ' Beta vo tumhara pati hai...

Geet was shocked... pati she whispered...

Doctor looked at her...

He walked upto her... and put his hand on her hand...

Doctor ' dekho... parshaan hone ki kyi baat nahi.. vo tumse bohat pyaar karta hai... raat bar kar kuch nahi kaiya usne... he just kept praying for you...

Geet ' aur mera naam kya hai??

Doctor ' Geet... Geet Maan Singh Khurana...he smiled at her... and walked out...

Geet started thinking.. that name rang a bell.. her mind was invaded by pictures clouding her thoughts...

Doctor came out...

Maan saw the doctor as he came out of Geet's room.. Maan had been worried about her... he called Misha, Meera and Panchi.. he told them what had happened... they rushed to the hospital...

Doctor ' Maan... maine use bata diya ki tum uske pati ho... aab yh process ka rahi hai.. lekin Maan usse yeh sab kuch nahi pati.. usse deera deera si sab kuch yaad dilwana hai... vo sab jo usne kiya ho...

Maan would do just that but what about his children.. their children...

Maan ' doctor vo sab tho teekh hai.. lekin bachay... unne kya kahogan... usse jab ghar leh ki joanga tho vo bachay ki bara mein poocha tho... unne kaise rokhunga apni mama si mamamat bulana... kya kahunga..

Doctor ' don't worry...vo sab teek hojaya go...

Atleast the doctor told her hu maan was and hu she was
