AD...

Have to tell you this one...

So in my sister's wedding recently, we have the whole putting the ring in the pot of milk and I was supposed to drop the ring and they were to look for it...except that I did a whole show of the ring BUT did not drop it in...these two merrily holding hands and all into the milk...until five minutes later...I yell..

"I have not dropped the ring yet...(showing it to everyone)_...geez!! you two could not wait..could you???"////

you got to make their touchy feely thing ka some mazaak...😃

This is truly brilliant!

Why did you not PM it to me?

Purvi r u talking about when the bride is carried by her brothers & she has to cover her face with the betel leaf? They take her around the groom standing 7 times & she has to cover her face. After that the groom & bride sees each other in 'subh drishti' for the 1st time & then exchange of garlands follows.

yup Lana.. but what is the red thing like a nariyal or bell thing that she holds? I litreally love that .. we have a similar thing as well.. before the bride walks the the Aile  escorted by her Mama or Masa.. & there is white cloth cover the groom so that she does not see the groom face  till she reaches the mandap..

Umm.. Aditee r u cover the nose pulling by the mom in law at the entrace when the barati comes.. that another ritual done.. where the 2 unmarried  girls of the bride has 3 pots held on top of her head.. it calld vaar Beda.. When the Groom covers The MIL does Tikka... Puja.. Pulls his nose and then the groom has to pay the Girls by puting money in the ver beda.. ! It marking respect that we u being put on a high respect..!
