Making fresh puris at home really? That is fantastic and really commendable. I'm sure they're hard to make because of the dough consistency and time consuming

Yeah, I know. We only make them a couple times a month, maybe less. Only when mom's in a really good mood lol

Diet restrictions …don't ask, but I'll tell u anywaysLOL! So from asking around, a lot of people have told me that this works : boil a teaspoon of lentils in 4cups water. Boil until one cup water remains. Leave it over night, and then drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.. don't eat anything for 3-4hrs. And then everything you have after needs to be low carbs.. but I'm skipping the low carbs stuff ..and only having fat free yogurt, fruits but mainly watermelon …and of course exercising…around 4miles each day ..and then situps...hope it works

Wow havent' heard about the lentils drink much. Let me know if it does work though :-)
I'm happy to see that you're combining diet with exercise both. That's the key!

its just one type of lentil though...the (uncooked) orange kindLOL..I dont know what its called
I really hope it works! ..When I done with the weddings I have to go to ... I'm gonna go back to eating the good food...of course I'll exercise! but if it doesn't work..Ouch.then I swear I 'm gonna eat all the things I have to give up due to this ...and not even exercise!
