The scene opens with Pratigya still rooted to the ground and growing branches and leaves ...Sajjan Singh notices her , Calls her n tells her to come and wish her brother , for he has come out of prison ..But the Principled Pratigya points out that Getting Adarsh out was a big mistake, which should have been avoided, Adarsh has still not learnt his lesson and this easy release has actually enthused him to dwell deeper into unethical ways..Sajjan Singh tauntingly retaliates that Pratigya is the true blue daughter of the Prof who values words on a book rather than relationship..Adarsh casually states that Pratigya has never valued relationships ..Pratigya retorts that valuing a relationship means stopping ur relations from embarking on a wrong route . A tired Adarsh replies that he has learned his lesson.. Seeing her Brother's tiredness..Pratigya softens her tone and entreats her brother to return to their home , return to the warm bosom where his loved one are waiting..Pratigya urges Adarsh to return before it is too late ...Pratigya warns that a day will come, when Adarsh will find himself all alone without any one to support him...Adarsh tartly rejoins that if such a day did come, he will never ever seek her help...That zips Pratigya's mouth ...

Shakthi is waiting in the hall, Kesmma gets him a glass of Tea , Shakthi refuses it and is anxiously looking towards the entrance...Soon enough Sajjan Singh hovers into view bringing with him the glad tidings that Adarsh has been acquitted in the case ..Amma feels happy ..Shakthi truculently demands to know why Sajjan Singh is helping the whole world but not his own Son...Shakthi demands some cash to start his own business the way Krishna started..Sajjan Singh tells him that He, Sajjan Singh will quiz Shakthi and if Shakhti passes the quiz then Sajjan Singh will sponsor him ..Shakthi is all ears ..Sajjan Singh puts out a question which our bail buddhi muffs it and gives out a wrong answer ...Sajjan Singh then refuses to lend him the money, But Shakthi will not be baulked..He manages to wiggle out 20K as a starter..Sajjan Singh promises to help Shakthi only if Shakthi manages to double the amount ...Shakthi Agrees..

All Saxena's are at Breakfast/Lunch ..Adarsh walks in and and in a voice laden with sarcasm urges them to continue with their eating ...taunts them saying that they must be disappointed to see him out safe and sound...Nainaji hurries inside ...leaving the field clear for Shyamu saxena to take the pot shots..But we had not reckoned on Aarushi..Aarushi stands tall ** why cant this Saxena's ever talk sitting down ** cries out shrilly wondering how could Adarsh talk about their like that ...Adarsh wants to know what her problem is ** Frustration, Adarsh , Frustration**..
Adarsh then looks at his father, gives him his undivided attention and pronounces that he, Adasrh does not need any enemies outside ..cos he has got one right inside the house itself...This leads to a mild trembling in sax ..Adarsh then delivers his final judgement , states coldly that he is rather sorry that Shyamu is his father...The Walls of Chai house vibrate and are ready to collapse at this blasphemy ...but Adarsh is unmoved by the effect of his words, he cooly tells Komal to follow him and walks into the bedroom.

All the members are assembled for the dinner , Krishna and Pratigya walk in..Amma hails them and calls them to have Dinner..Krishna and Pratigya go to the table happily ...Amma reveals that she ha prepared Krishna' favourite dish called Bhatti Chukka..Krishna gets super excited and there is a good natured pulling of Krishna's legs...Amma serves Krishna ..Krishna praises Amma's cooking , tells her no one can make Bhatti Chaukka like Amma, A Pleased Amma subtly pushes her agenda , teases Krishna saying that Krishna is praising as if he is going to include in the menu for Dhaba ..Krishna has a bhathi Jalao Moment ...Krishna enthusiastically replies that this can be added to the menu...Amma slyly tells Krishna to solicit the opinion of Pratigya ...the well meaning but slightly dense Pratigya replies that as Amma was not in good health , she might not be able to take on such a heavy responsibility ...Pratigya decides that Amma can do it as soon as she gets well... Amma checked in her dreams of becoming a grand chef, tries to cover her hurt by stating that she was joking ...but none are fooled as they watch her going to her room in silence ...Pratigya realizes that she has made a faux pass, exchanges a glance with Krishna ...
Sajjan Singh goes to the room , mildly enquires the reason for Amma's sudden withdrawal..Amma tries to cover up saying that she felt tired , so came up...Sajjan Singh does not buy it and tries to warn Amma against Pratigya , But Amma plays a clever game n stoutly defends Pratigya..Riling Sajjan Singh against Pratigya but at the same time maintaining her "Good Angel " Act..sajjan Singh again tries to tell her that Pratigya can never fit into the Thakur House where relations are held dear ..But Amma will not hear it ..Sajjan Singh gives up trying to clear Ama's head but he himself is firmly set against Pratigya by the machination of Amma...A satisfied Amma ..begins to tug out at her necklace viciously..
