EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO HAVE A DEFENCE LAWYER

I just like to point out that according to our judicial system all accused are entitled to have a defence lawyer. Why Mr.Kasab also was provided with a lawyer when nobody came forward to fight his case. Is Arjun worse that Kasab. How can a judgement be passed without a single hearing on behalf of the defence.

The Public Prosecutor did not allow Arohi to put her case through. The Alluvalia family who stands for truth and justice are just taking revenge on Arjun. They are not bothered about what is the truth. Arohi's father has already made a msitake about Arjun's mother doesnt he have any conscience to find out whether what Arohi is telling is the truth or not. I have a strong feeling that the Public Prosecutor also has a hand in this because why was he following Ram Punjab's activities. He would have known that Ram Punjabi is already dead that's why he was taunting Arohi saying Ram Punjabi will not come to the court. How can he be so sure. He does not want to lose the case a second time so he will go to any extent.

its like powerful people get away with anything

like hit and run cases rich children, filmstars behind the wheel but driver goes to jail in real india

poor people languish in jail for 10-15 years for petty crime which would get them only a year prison sentence while rich get away with murder

The whole proceeding is too stupid. If the accused doesn't have a lawyer, the government itself appoints a lawyer to the accused. He is entitled to one! Even the accused can defend himself, he has the RIGHT to speak for himself!

And there is no way that the judge can pass the verdict without hearing out the defense and that too in a single hearing!
