Imagine gears up for Ratan Ka Rishta-Swayamvar 3

The much awaited Ratan Ka Rishta- Swayamvar 3 will go on-air on May 30 but before this begins there will be a few exits.

A source says, "Ratan Ka Rishta- Swayamvar 3 goes on air on May 30 and it will be aired in the 8 to 9 pm slot. Currently Kitni Mohabbat Hai and Gunahon Ka Devta which air in that time slot will be axed. May 27 is most likely to be their last telecast date. In the case of Kitni Mohabbat Hai the show launched the current season with a caveat that it would end after a fixed number of episodes. So in all likelihood the show is not being yanked off but going in for its logical end. As for Gunahaon Ka Devta the reason is its low ratings."

Talking of this expected development Karan Kundra aka Arjun (Kitni Mohabbat Hai) says, "This is my fourth show and its not that I am depressed about the show going off-air for I knew it had to go off-air. But, one feels bad about ending the journey. We have all been like a family on the sets and now that the show will go off-air that journey ends. We were briefed that it was a small season when we took up the show and we did complete seven months."

Ashish Sharma aka Avdesh (Gunahon Ka Devta) said, "The show was to go off-air but I did not expect it to happen now. However I believe that shows have a shelf life and they shouldn't be dragged hence its going off-air at the right time."

We also hear that Reliance Big Productions Pardes Mein Mila Koi Apna is under the scanner as the show hasn't been getting good ratings. A source says, "If the TRPs don't get any better this will be the next to be axed by the channel."

Reliance Fiction Head Jayesh Patil remained unavailable for comment.
