Pyar Tera, Pyar Mujhe Keechay Teri Ore - Part 6
Armaan walks out of the washroom while Riddhima is settling herself on the floor. Riddhima looks at Armaan when she hears the door open.Riddhima's mouth dropped open when she saw what he was doing.Armaan was taking his shirt off and Riddhima just sat there and watched until she realized what she was doing so she stood up abruptly.
"Tumhe sharam nai aati," Riddhima yells looking at him.Armaan looks at her startled by her outburst."I mean ke tum ek ladki ke samne apni shirt utar rahe ho." Armaan's startled face turned into a naught look.
"Woh kya hai mujhe shirt ke saath sone ki aadat nai hai," Armaan said.Riddhima rolls her eyes at Armaan.
"Lekin aaj ke liye tum apni shirt pehn sakte ho?" Riddhima asked sweetly.
"Certainly...not," Armaan said throwing his shirt at her.Riddhima squirms when his shirt hit her.
"Main iss kamre ek minute ke bhi liye nai reh sakti," Riddhima complains.
"Okay jao," Armaan said plainly and jumped on the bed.
"Jao?" Riddhima said shocked.
"Haan," Armaan replies with his face buried in the pillow.Riddhima shakes her head and walks out.She finds the hallway dark with just light from the moon coming in from the windows.
Darkness scared Riddhima.She hated to be alone when it was dark especially when she didn't know the place.Riddhima took steps forward slowly and passed by doors.Those were the door where the kids slept.Riddhima could have slept with the kids but knowing kids at night, they are kind of annoying.Some of them may kick, snore, talk in their sleep, or sleepwalk which is freaky.Riddhima was walking when she heard a dog bark scaring the crap out of her.Riddhima gasps and takes a deep breath.
"Its just a dog," Riddhima told herself."Its just a dog." Riddhima couldn't take it anymore so she ran back to the room and saw Armaan sleeping.
Seeing Armaan sleep, brought an unknown smile to her face.She didn't know why she was smiling or what made her smile but seeing Armaan made her smile. Riddhima's face turned dreamy but then she snapped out of it when she heard the dog bark again.Riddhima's eyes go wide as she realizes that she was smiling while looking at Armaan.Armaan who annoys her so much, she was smiling because of him.
"Usse door rehna," Riddhima kept on chanting to herself and lays down on the floor where her lovely blanket/pillow bed was set up.
The sun shines through the window waking Riddhima up.Riddhima sits up but then closes her eyes in pain.Her back was hurting so much that she could barely move it.With difficulty, Riddhima got up and walks to the bathroom and on the way there she didn't see Armaan on the bed which meant he is already awake.Today, they are suppose to check up the kids then tomorrow are suppose to leave back for Sanjeevani.Riddhima gets ready and walks to where everyone is eating breakfast. She sat in the same spot she sat yesterday.Armaan saw her disturbed face and looked at her kind of worried.
"Tum theek ho?" Armaan asked seeing her expression of pain and discomfort.
"Haan," Riddhima replies and moves a little."Ow!"
"Lekin lagta nai hai," Armaan said.
"Main theek hoon," Riddhima snapped at Armaan.
"Alright, calm down," Armaan said eating his breakfast.Riddhima sighs and closes her eyes.
"Sorry," Riddhima replies.
"Its fine," Armaan said back to her.Riddhima gives him an uncomfortable smile and starts eating her breakfast.
Riddhima walks out with her stuff to check the kids.Riddhima sets her place up and some little girls walk over to Riddhima as they never really felt comfortable with Armaan checking them.Before this a girl use to come with Armaan.Riddhima gives them a sweet smile before she started checking them.Armaan looks up and sees the Riddhima laughing with the little girls and smiles.Soon, his smile fades remembering her.Armaan sighs and gets back to work.
"Armaan bhaiya, Didi nai aayi?" Gappu, one of the kids said.Armaan looks at Gappu and shakes his head.
"Woh chali gayi," Armaan said plainly.
"Lekin kyun?Aap dono toh ek dusre se pyar karte hain," Gappu said.
"Bas Gappu!" Armaan yells making Riddhima and Bua look over at him."Tumhe har cheez ke baare main pata zaroori nai hai!" Gappu got upset and scared with Armaan yelling at him.Armaan gets up and leaves as he walks back in the building of the orphanage.
"Koi baat nai Gappu.Bhaiya thoda se dhooki hain," Bua comforted him.
"Kyun?Main Armaan bhaiya ko dhooki nai dekh na chatha," Gappu said in a low voice and hugs Bua.Riddhima got tears in her eyes seeing Gappu hug Bua.
How could his parents leave such an adorable and sweet chile like Gappu?In fact, how could their parents leave any of them here and why did god take some of their parents away from?This reminded Riddhima about her childhood.Riddhima is an orphan.Ever since she was eighteen she had to get out of the orphanage and live on her own as she was an adult.Riddhima found a part time job and along with a part time job she did her studies in medical.Then the best news of all came.She was accepted in Sanjeevani as an intern which made her happy.Riddhima knew about her parents, they were somewhere around but she just had to find them and recognize them.Riddhima's mind diverted to Armaan's yelling at Gappu.Why would Armaan yell at Gappu?There has to be a reason otherwise Armaan would never yell as far as she knows him which is not that long but if Armaan didn't like kids then why would he come here?There were so many questions in Riddhima's mind that had to be answered and the only person that give her those answers are Armaan.Somehow everything that relates everything back to Armaan which kind of makes Riddhima scared.
Riddhima slowly makes her way to "their" room.She opens the door and finds Armaan sitting on the bed with his face buried in his hands.Riddhima clears her throat and Armaan looks at her.He sighs and turns his face the other way.
"Tum yahan kya kar rahe ho?" Armaan asked a bit rudely.Riddhima felt hurt the way Armaan talked to her but she ignored it.
"Tum Gappu pe kyun chilaye?" Riddhima asked her question instead of answering Armaan's question.
"Jaise main Gappu kaha ke tumhe sab kuch ke baare pata zaroori nai hai," Armaan repeated his line.Riddhima sighs and crosses her arms across her chest.
"Dekho main sirf yahan help karne aayi hoon," Riddhima said.
"Kaise?Mujhe aur ghussa karna?" Armaan asked towering his face above hers. Riddhima leans her head back a little realizing how close he was.
"Nai.Tumhare problems ko solve karne ke liye lekin lagta hai ke tumhe meri zaroorat nai hai.Pata nai kyun maine tumhare jaise sade aadmi se baat bhi ki," Riddhima said and left from the room.Riddhima's words hurt Armaan deeply.He felt like a knife cut right through the middle of his heart.Tears flow out of Armaan's eyes and fall on the floor as he closes his eyes.
