If the Star Plus experience is anything to go by, these maha episodes are fizzlers (my invention for things which fizzle out) and not sizzlers.  They create a lot of hype and none live up to the expectations. Fans always end up cribbing about how they missed out on a fun weekend to see sloppy episodes.
