ok u probably strained it then...well first of all dont strain to do anything that requires using back ..that include backpacks lol ...u noe there is a actual proper way to put on a backpack lol anyway wen u sleep ...slepp on something firm rather than soft and not face down...try to sleep on the back...alternate with ice one day andhot compress the next on the spot ...i dunno wat else if i thnk of anything else will let u noe
