Ok folks heres my take
 
Killer is someone who knew Arohi has stolen tape from Rajveer office and Ram Punjabi is the lawyer
 
So who knew this
 
 
Entire Ahluwaliah clan-ruled out because they cannot be in Arjun's family album it can only be a singhania
Romit
Mikhael
Jignesh
RPS
Billu
Makrand
 
This is list of suspect
 
Person has tatoo- RPS ruled out
Makrand is not in serial hence ruled out
Romit-not tall and came running from stairs along with other ahlus and also did not know Arjun plan to kill taht day-ruled out
 
So my suspects are listed
 
Billu- cannot believe it but could be and can plan well
Michael- could be but dumb to plan so well
Jignesh-most likely and has brain to plan

Well one  thing  may  be  it  sound  n=very  wierd but  from  the  face(as  much was seen even with  that covering  on face ) &  the body  structure it seems  like Dhoondo..as  Dhoons  also  had tattoos  & the  figure  was very  much like  him...but  anyways  don't know  all is  in Ekta's  hand... Anyone  can turn out  to be a villian at  the  end  of  the day...

It might be romit..
he has a tattoo i think
he knows ram and everything arohi is doing
he know aluwalia and he was there that night
he is part of singhaniya family so he has pics with arjun
he might have played being good so no one would doute him and he might be smarter 
ram punjabi knows him coz they met..

reason it cant be micheal or billu or makrant.  or gauri
ram doesn't know them!! and other reasons.

Romit can't be the killer. On the day of the party, he was wearing a long sleeved shirt, the person in the shadow was wearing a t-shirt.
