'Multiple Main Characters' May Die In This Season of 'The Vampire Diaries'

Nina Dobrev called in "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" to talk about what we might expect from hit CW show "Vampire Diaries."

Will Any Of The Main Characters Die This Season?
"Yes, they will. Multiple main characters. At the moment there are talks of at least one or two. But it always changes. Nothings set in stone until we've shot it, and even then."

Will Elena Kiss Damon?
"There will be definite moments of temptation! She's going through such an emotional roller coaster ride right now, because she's becoming a vampire, that her feelings for Damon which were subdued before are now as a vampire are heightened and starting to peek through again. So will she give in to the temptation or not? We'll have to see!"

Will Anyone Have A Vampire Baby?
"If they do I hope it's not me! I don't want to be in a fat suit, please! That's too close to Twilight. That just happened in Twilight, and we have to separate a little bit."

Why Did Nina Go To The Doctor? Is She Pregnant?

"I'm fine. It's just the yearly checkup. It's to make sure I don't get sick or any of the above."

How Is Nina & Ian Somerhalder Relationship Doing?

"Everythings going well. We're good."

NATALIE: She's certainly getting closer. When Damon takes her to a Halloween party at a fraternity house on this week's episode, she enjoys herself a little too much. It's not until one of her besties shoots her a look that she realizes just how far she's taken things. The upside? The blood dripping from her mouth kind of looks like it's part of her costume.

In the episode,4.06 We All Go A Little Mad Sometimes, Elena is experiencing hallucinations (we can't tell you why quite yet, but this week's episode "The Five" might give you some ideas) -- and she's so terrified and confused that she makes a very dangerous mistake. Let's just hope that mistake doesn't involve the bridge -- since nothing good ever happens there.

Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 4, "The Five"

5 Questions We Want Answered

Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 3, "The Rager" was packed with action, from Elena and her keg stands to Elena and her Evel Knievel maneuvers. But we still have more questions than we have answers. Here are five things we're hoping to learn in Season 4, Episode 4, "The Five."

5. Who or what is The Five?
It's a real cool club, and we're not a part of it. But Jeremy might be. Of course, Klaus knows about them, so you know this group must have something similar up their sleeve. Could Pastor Young's warning to his daughter, April (Grace Phipps), have something to do with it? Speaking of April, where is this orphan living, and who's taking care of her? Does she need to move into the Salvatore mansion. Wait, that's a terrible idea. The Gilbert house? No, Elena will probably eat her. Well, good luck, April.

4. Is Tyler a cheating scoundrel?
People may ship Forwood or Klaroline, but all we care about is that no one hurts Caroline She's the best. Seriously. Did you see the way she handled mopey Stefan With aplomb! Anyway, Hayley seems cool and she's a pretty werewolf and all, but that does not give Tyler a license to go hybrid-wild in the hills of Appalachia. Watch yourself, sire-breaker.

3. Why did Klaus save Elena and Connor?
Now that she's no longer a hybrid-making factory, we figured Klaus would be happy to see Elena shut down by a little werewolf venom. Not the case. Not only did he cure her with his special Klaus blood, he saved Connor from being blown to bits. Sure, sure. This probably has something to do with The Five. But what?!

2. Are things going to be awkward with Elena and Matt now?
Sometimes, it's just not safe to be friends with vampires. After surviving two drownings, an attack from Damon , and who knows what else, Matt nearly lost his life to his ex-gf Elena. Sure, Damon wiped his memory, but Elena's probably going to want to avoid her regularly scheduled feedings for a while. How do you tell someone you no longer want to suck their blood? "I heart you, but you're too O-negative for me?"

1. What month is it?
No, seriously. We'd really like to know. Everyone's going to a costume party at the local college, but it's not Halloween. We thought only Mystic Falls likes to dress up the other 364 days of the year. Plus, we don't know how much longer Elena's going to survive in the same school as Rebekah .
