Devika- Dev "thinks" his hands are tied. The progression from Ram to Krishna is this "idea of bondage". For Ram he was "duty bound" as king to have to let go of his love. For Krishna everything was a leela- a play. Be it "stealing butter" killing demons, dancing with the gopis or grazing cattle or being king of dwaraka. Everything was a "game". Dev is still taking life too "serious" and denies the "leela" as child's "play" and denies the marriage today! yes it was Ram in him who speak out today... Both Ram and Krishna is amsh or avatar of Lord Vishnu..Ram, who always done his duty as a human being or a Prince charming of any fairy tale, or as a King. He respected his Guru's words, he respected his parents and their decisions (went for vanvasa), who respected common man's views(send Sita to forest later ), and he did all these with the human mind. and that was what threthayug stated.Dev 's hands are tied now, paying back the dues, or more than that he maybe believing that it is his duty , and he should listen to the people ..and he mentioned that today.. that it was just a child's play and who will value it or take it seriously, So SAMAJ is blurring Dev's vision for now or may be he is holding onto that reason to keep his vachan he gave to his friend/ brother.but when it comes to Lord Krishna.. as you said , he should claim his Radha rani.. and nobody ever questioned Krishna, why He is acting that way, nobody ever raised their voice against Him, as Krishna Himself knows that he is Lord Vishnu; whereas Lord Ram people raised their voice against Lord Ram and Sita mayya charactor , and Ram realized His identity only at the end, when Yema tells Him about it. till then He was a human being..Krishna did lifted the Govardhan Parvath, killed Poothana, and...... showed Virat Rup, Helping Draupadi in need, and mostly everyone was seeing the Lord in Him one or the other way. Krishna as the Lord live in human form but with revealing His powers to the world.so here we are waiting for our Dev to bring out that form, just to be Lord Krishna. Maybe for that they need to bring out some logical situation, where Krishna can either show his Viraat roop , or he can be as Arjun, who masked the identity in a female form.. You are totally off there, bhola- firstly, for Rama he was trained to be king of ayodhya first THEN husband to Sita. Hence in his list of priorities his country took precedence to his wife. Just a thought, Bhagwan Ram ko apna Pati Dharm yaad nahi aaya when he told Sita to prove herself, for him Society was more important, as he wanted to prove Sita's innocence in front of Society. Will Dev also neglect his Pati Dharm till Krishna wakes him up?
