@Maya and Jaya (oh that rhymes!😆)--- i'm also thinking that the builder guy might be Aditya's guy. Right before that happened, we had seen ARM talking with Sapna about helping Kabir in someway or other. Then the builder guy shows up at Kabir's office and he convinces Kabir for the proposal. So, i'm guessing that in the end, somehow it will be revealed that it was indeed ARM who had helped him in his initial times just how it happened in the video i posted.
