Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may keep their love life under wraps, but they still make sure to stay supportive of one another. While Rob may have walked the Water for Elephants red carpet solo, Kristen it seems was there waiting for him!

Make-up artist Beau Nelson tweeted April 17, "Just did Kristen Stewart for the Water For Elephants Premier. She looks stunning in J. Mendel with a dark burgundy lip!" We hope someone get a picture too!

Kristen could of course just be heading to the after party, a dinner hosted by the director Francis Lawrence, but as most know Kristen tends to be strictly jeans and sneaker for those events. So it seems that, like Rob, Kristen flew across the country to rush to be at the NYC premiere.
