Agree...Ds reveaking his prevous wishes plublically would not help the situation.  It would only cause problems for Sid.  Also Viren would be more reluctant to pursue Nivi if he knew this.  He is already feeling insecure, and unworthy.  DS revealing this info would make Nivi and Viren's reconciliation more difficult.
