Pavs: Me have an explanation to why MSK is more angry than Geet. The girl has moved on in life and has buried her traumatic past so that it does not affect her present and future.  Me think, MSK  not only sees Dev as a culprit but also as the first man in Geet's life. And, seeing him near her reminds him about her past in which he was not present.
