Enjoy Sonii. Thats how it should be when we are at Home. 😊

You are asking a question to a weak ,less experienced cook Sonii.😳 😃
But I like to eat,so will try to Answer. 😊
only dal is boiled ,smashed, then dry chilli and certain things fried and added to it (I dont know how to say it sonii, though I know all three of it) is first one,
Rasam is made of tamarind solution.
Sambhar is with dal as one of its ingredients .

One thing I know with eating habit is all can be used with rice and i like rasam a lot. 😆 😆

i too didn't answer coz not much of a cook....but to add to umi.....rasam is south indian soup with tamarind juice and tomato pulp as it's main ingredient while sambhar is the thicker version with lesser tomatod and more vegetables....more a meal course. Sambhar is always eaten with rice or something to go with while rasam can be drank just like that.

Dal is just boiled with tadka of masala, onions and tomotates.

Unlike you umi....i just hate rasam....tomatoes...urgh!

Thanks Umi, that helped a lot, I am used to dal and sambar, but rasam is new, I had it at my friend's place.
I also like rice a lot,  😃
I am also not a good cook, but always believe in doing R & D in kitchen 😆
Did you see Full moon yesterday it was awesome 😍

@ good gal, thanks, so sambar is thicker form of rasam, got it!! I like sour food recipies, always temt to put tomato, kokum or imli in almost everything 😆

Exactly this is how it can be explained. You seemed better Bonne.😊
while rasam can be drank just like that.

But it cannot be drink just like that Yaar, though you can drink it.
We use that also with rice only.

Oh! for me it is easily digestive yaar. And I like the one my mom makes. outside it wasn't too good.
