For me it's 50:50.

As we don't know about Aarati's past, sometimes i see NNT's traits in her. The way she is envying Alka is fishy.

I didn't want to post a both wala option

For me its Aarti, sometimes NNT (to me) seems overconfident and arrogant..but he has realised Aarti as a threat, which is good
