Geet Miscarriage?

Hey Guys!  I was just looking at the latest pictures in the 4th picture gallery...does this mean that Geet will have a miscarriage?  What do you guys think?  Or, has it been about 9 months since Geet has been pregnant?  Maybe delivery time????

we are all assuming the same as of now....😭...lets hope for the best
