It's ok....I can understand

the condition in the localities near the Mohali stadium is pathetic..a 12th standard student whose board exams are going on said that since his house is directly in front of gate no 11 of the stadium is getting disturbed due to the continually blaring music being played at the stadium the whole day long. Due to security reasons, police have issued two passes each to every household there, only two people  who are in possession of those passes from each house  can step out at a time and after a certain hour, no one is allowed out

so who is going to watch this bigger than finale match between India and Pakistan?

nope...busy with exams...even if i had been free, it would have been impossible as no tickets available,only the ones being sold in black at rs 100000 each are left
